Square/ rectangular tube Packer (Round tube packer to be followed )

Is used for collecting finished square tube of the production line. The individual square tube can be piled up into square bundles and transported to the strapping station. After manual or mechanical bundling, it can be lifted into storage. Compared with manual bundling, the equipment can reduce the number of workers, reduce the labor intensity, improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost. Required by the customers, an electric-controlled and a gas-electric hybrid packer are developped. The fully electrically controlled type is suitable for the cold northern area in winter, while the gas-electric hybrid machine is more suitable for the southern area where the winter is not too cold, so users can choose according to their own conditions. The machine can carry out the tubes from the roller table, transversely transport the tubes, lift the pipes, stack the layers, and transport the bundles to the bundling station, and the bundles enter the storage frame. Except the binding which requires manual work, the rest of the work is done by equipment. Therefore, the equipment is highly automated and easy to operate. In addition, it’s easy for maintenance.
